We are committed to providing high-quality products, fast turnaround times, and clear communication throughout the ordering process. Please review our policies and procedures below before placing your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed in the order they are received.

  • Processing Days: Monday through Friday
  • Same-Day Printing: Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST qualify for same-day printing
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will begin processing the next business day
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day
  • During peak seasons, turnaround times may be slightly extended

Shipping Policy

We proudly ship within the United States.

  • Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx
  • Please verify your shipping address before placing your order, as we are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Custom Orders

Due to the custom nature of our products, customers are responsible for submitting print-ready artwork and reviewing order details carefully before purchase.

  • Files must be uploaded in PNG format, 300 DPI, with a transparent background
  • We do not edit, clean up, or modify artwork unless a separate design service has been purchased
  • Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed products
  • Do not mirror your design; files will be printed exactly as submitted
  • By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have the legal rights to use the design

DTF Pressing Instructions

For best results, please follow these recommended pressing instructions:

  • Press at 315°F for 15 seconds
  • Use medium to heavy pressure
  • Hot or warm peel
  • Repress for 10 to 15 seconds using butcher paper or a teflon sheet

We are not responsible for application errors resulting from incorrect pressing methods, pressure, temperature, fabric type, or user handling.

DTF File Checklist

To help ensure the best print quality possible, please review this checklist before uploading your artwork:

  • File is saved as a PNG
  • File resolution is 300 DPI
  • Background is transparent
  • Artwork is sized correctly before upload
  • Image is clean, crisp, and not blurry or pixelated
  • Text has been spell-checked
  • Design has not been mirrored
  • Any unwanted white background has been removed
  • Transparent edges and extra blank space have been trimmed when needed

Submitting low-resolution or poor-quality artwork may result in poor print quality. We print files exactly as provided unless editing services are purchased separately.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items, including DTF transfers, gang sheets, and custom prints

Order Issues & Damages

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
  • Approved issues may be resolved with a replacement or store credit at our discretion

Payment Policy

  • Payment is due upon receipt of invoice
  • All invoices must be paid within 24 hours
  • A late fee will be added to invoices not paid within 24 hours
  • Orders will not be processed, printed, or released until payment has been received in full

Intellectual Property

All website content, graphics, designs, images, and printed materials remain the property of our business unless otherwise stated.

  • Unauthorized copying, reproduction, resale, or redistribution is strictly prohibited
